Modular Tongue and Groove Insert Cutter System
Multi-tool tongue and groove cutter sets to produce tongue and groove flooring profiles in solid wood. Also suitable for use on wood composite materials. Five standard profile solutions offer an adjustable material thickness from 12 to 34mm in thickness.
For use on:
- moulders
- tenoners
- shapers.
Steel body construction with reversible solid carbide insert knives produce exact profile matches with every tool change. Tools are supplied on a 60mm diameter sleeve for easy installation. Specify i.d. required. Maximum RPM: 8,000.
Custom profiles and diameter needed can be manufactured based on individual specifications, usually with a six (6) week lead time.
